【摘要】：公務結算數(shù)據(jù)化是公務活動的財務報銷采用卡式實名流轉(zhuǎn)的一種財務創(chuàng)新模式。企業(yè)節(jié)約化理念的盛行是公務結算數(shù)據(jù)化產(chǎn)生的原始動機;事業(yè)管理精益化是公務結算數(shù)據(jù)化產(chǎn)生的次生元素;行政文化的生態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)型是公務結算數(shù)據(jù)化產(chǎn)生的外在動力。公務結算數(shù)據(jù)化的潛在和現(xiàn)實風險有:因?qū)嵜M而產(chǎn)生的風險;因透支而產(chǎn)生的資金風險;因公務卡丟失而產(chǎn)生的價值風險;因財務報銷滯后而產(chǎn)生的職工利益損失等。只有充分利用Forti Gate防火墻技術、data curation技術、云計算技術、蟻群算法等技術,才能有效控制公務結算數(shù)據(jù)化產(chǎn)生的各種風險。
[Abstract]:The digitization of official settlement is a kind of financial innovation mode which adopts card real name circulation for financial reimbursement of official activities. The prevalence of the idea of enterprise economy is the original motive of the production of official settlement data; the lean business management is the secondary element of the official settlement data generation; the ecological transformation of administrative culture is the external motive force of the official settlement data production. The potential and realistic risks of the digitization of official settlement include: the risk caused by real name consumption; the capital risk caused by overdraft; the value risk caused by the loss of official business card; and the loss of workers' interests due to the lag of financial reimbursement and so on. Only by making full use of Forti Gate firewall technology, data curation technology, cloud computing technology, ant colony algorithm and so on, can we effectively control all kinds of risks caused by the digitization of official settlement.
