【摘要】：《指導(dǎo)意見》指出,開展行業(yè)主題年活動(dòng),是中國(guó)注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師行業(yè)黨委與中國(guó)注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師協(xié)會(huì)為實(shí)現(xiàn)黨建與業(yè)務(wù)有機(jī)結(jié)合,發(fā)揮黨建促業(yè)務(wù)、促發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì),在黨建機(jī)制上的有效探索。《指導(dǎo)意見》指出了關(guān)于活動(dòng)的總體要求和"四個(gè)進(jìn)一步"的總體目標(biāo),在主要任務(wù)和措施方面提出了"六項(xiàng)任務(wù)",即完善改進(jìn)注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師繼續(xù)教育機(jī)制、內(nèi)容和方式,強(qiáng)化高端人才培養(yǎng),完善事務(wù)所人才建設(shè)機(jī)制,完善非執(zhí)業(yè)會(huì)員管理和服務(wù)體系,支持行業(yè)后備人才培養(yǎng),加強(qiáng)注協(xié)干部隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The guiding opinion points out that the launching of the theme year activities in the industry is the advantage of the CPC Committee of the Chinese CPA profession and the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants in organically integrating party building with business, giving full play to the advantages of party building in promoting business and promoting development. The guiding opinion points out the overall requirements for the activities and the overall objectives of the "four further steps", and puts forward the "six tasks" in terms of the main tasks and measures. That is, to perfect and improve the mechanism, contents and methods of continuing education of CPA, to strengthen the training of high-end talents, to perfect the mechanism of talent construction of firms, to perfect the management and service system of non-practicing members, and to support the training of reserve talents in the industry. We will strengthen the construction of the contingent of cadres of the Association.
