【摘要】：國(guó)有控股企業(yè)一直是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心組成部分,世界500強(qiáng)中上榜的中國(guó)企業(yè)大部分是國(guó)有控股企業(yè)。改革開放以來,我國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)大力推進(jìn)股份制改造和建立健全績(jī)效管理考評(píng)體系,積極參與市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)以獲得自身的發(fā)展。在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下,信息技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展和世界新經(jīng)濟(jì)形式劇烈變革的今天,國(guó)有企業(yè)績(jī)效的提升和優(yōu)化顯得極為重要,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力和水平是衡量企業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力的關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容,而研發(fā)投入是企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和提升綜合績(jī)效的主要基礎(chǔ)。分析研發(fā)投入對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響,對(duì)于我國(guó)做大做強(qiáng)現(xiàn)代企業(yè),進(jìn)一步形成企業(yè)總體的規(guī)模優(yōu)勢(shì)和行業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì),提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和構(gòu)建績(jī)效運(yùn)行考核機(jī)制有著重大意義。制造業(yè)是工業(yè)的重要組成部分,資源制造型企業(yè)的發(fā)展更是關(guān)系到我國(guó)工業(yè)技術(shù)水平的高低。江西銅業(yè)股份有限公司是典型的國(guó)有控股資源制造型企業(yè),分析研發(fā)投入對(duì)江西銅業(yè)股份有限公司績(jī)效的影響,有利于提升公司的績(jī)效水平,同時(shí)還可以為同類型資源制造型企業(yè)的績(jī)效優(yōu)化提供良好借鑒,為中國(guó)工業(yè)由現(xiàn)實(shí)“制造”向未來“智造”轉(zhuǎn)變打造良好樣板。本文在有關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)上,以較新的研究視角,聚焦到單一企業(yè),綜合運(yùn)用定性分析和定量分析的方法,具體研究研發(fā)投入對(duì)江西銅業(yè)股份有限公司績(jī)效的影響。文章運(yùn)用PEST及波特五力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模型對(duì)江西銅業(yè)股份有限公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,并得出了SWOT矩陣。通過收集該公司2011-2015年連續(xù)5年的有關(guān)年報(bào)數(shù)據(jù)和檢索國(guó)家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局獲取公司的專利成果數(shù)據(jù),分析了其當(dāng)前研發(fā)投入與績(jī)效產(chǎn)出的現(xiàn)狀,并就這些現(xiàn)實(shí)情況存在的原因進(jìn)行分析。本文研發(fā)投入指標(biāo)分為研發(fā)資金投入強(qiáng)度和研發(fā)人力投入強(qiáng)度,企業(yè)績(jī)效分為獲利性績(jī)效和成長(zhǎng)性績(jī)效,其中獲利性績(jī)效用營(yíng)業(yè)利潤(rùn)率指標(biāo)衡量,成長(zhǎng)性績(jī)效用專利成果數(shù)量衡量。以研發(fā)投入為自變量,企業(yè)獲利性績(jī)效和成長(zhǎng)性績(jī)效為因變量進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,探討研發(fā)投入對(duì)公司績(jī)效的影響。通過上述定性分析和定量分析,本文認(rèn)為:研發(fā)投入與江西銅業(yè)股份有限公司獲利性績(jī)效呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系;研發(fā)投入與江西銅業(yè)股份有限公司成長(zhǎng)性績(jī)效呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系;目前江西銅業(yè)股份有限公司的研發(fā)投入和績(jī)效水平還有待提高,需要從加大研發(fā)資金投入強(qiáng)度等8個(gè)方面著手,不斷提升和優(yōu)化績(jī)效。
[Abstract]:State-owned holding enterprises have always been the core part of our national economy, and most of the top 500 Chinese enterprises in the world are state-owned holding enterprises. Since the reform and opening to the outside world, the state-owned enterprises in China have vigorously promoted the reform of the shareholding system, established and improved the performance management evaluation system, and actively participated in the market competition in order to obtain their own development. Under the new normal state of economy, with the rapid development of information technology and the drastic change of the new economic form in the world, it is very important to improve and optimize the performance of state-owned enterprises. The ability and level of technological innovation is the key content to measure the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. And R & D investment is the main foundation of enterprise technology innovation and improving comprehensive performance. It is of great significance to analyze the impact of R & D investment on the performance of modern enterprises, to further form the overall scale advantage and industry advantage of enterprises, to enhance the core competitiveness and to build a performance evaluation mechanism. Manufacturing industry is an important part of industry, the development of resource manufacturing enterprises is related to the level of industrial technology in China. Jiangxi Copper Co., Ltd. is a typical state-owned holding resource manufacturing enterprise. The analysis of the impact of R & D investment on the performance of Jiangxi Copper Co., Ltd. is conducive to improving the performance level of the company. At the same time, it can also provide a good reference for the performance optimization of the same type of resource manufacturing enterprises, and create a good model for the transformation of Chinese industry from real "manufacturing" to "intelligent building" in the future. On the basis of relevant theories, this paper focuses on a single enterprise from a relatively new perspective, and applies the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to study the impact of R & D investment on the performance of Jiangxi Copper Co., Ltd. This paper analyzes the present situation of Jiangxi Copper Co., Ltd by using PEST and Porter's five competitive models, and obtains the SWOT matrix. By collecting the relevant annual report data from 2011-2015 and retrieving the patent achievement data of the company obtained by the State intellectual property Office, the current situation of R & D input and performance output of the company is analyzed. And carries on the analysis to these reality situation existence reason. The index of R & D investment is divided into R & D capital input intensity and R D manpower input intensity, and enterprise performance is divided into profit performance and growth performance, in which profitability performance is measured by operating profit rate index. Growth performance is measured by the number of patents. Taking R & D investment as independent variable and enterprise profit performance and growth performance as dependent variables, this paper discusses the impact of R & D investment on corporate performance. Based on the above qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper holds that the R & D investment is positively correlated with the profit performance of Jiangxi Copper Co., Ltd., and the R & D investment is positively correlated with the growth performance of Jiangxi Copper Co., Ltd. At present, the R & D investment and performance level of Jiangxi Copper Co., Ltd. need to be improved and optimized from 8 aspects, such as increasing the intensity of R & D investment.
