【摘要】：正"最多跑一次"改革,是各級政府部門在"放管服"改革方面的實(shí)踐。浙江省注冊會計師協(xié)會(以下簡稱省注協(xié))履行著法律授權(quán)的行政許可等部分公共管理職能,面對數(shù)目龐大的服務(wù)對象和群眾,深入實(shí)踐"最多跑一次"改革,一樣具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。一、主要做法1.主動出擊省注協(xié)不是政府部門,但與一般的行業(yè)協(xié)會不同,省注協(xié)職能具有法定性、準(zhǔn)公共性特點(diǎn)。服務(wù)對象包括
