【摘要】：財(cái)政部部長助理胡靜林指出,作為專業(yè)服務(wù)業(yè)的一支重要力量,注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師行業(yè)歷經(jīng)30余年的發(fā)展,在監(jiān)督會(huì)計(jì)信息質(zhì)量、提供管理和戰(zhàn)略咨詢服務(wù)等方面,為資本市場發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),以及公眾利益和市場經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序的維護(hù)等,發(fā)揮了重要作用,并發(fā)展成為我國專業(yè)服務(wù)業(yè)中標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、專業(yè)化、國際化程度最高的行業(yè)之一。他對(duì)專業(yè)服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展和建設(shè)提出幾點(diǎn)建議:一是充分發(fā)揮專業(yè)服務(wù)業(yè)在全面深化改革中的重要作用。二是大力加強(qiáng)專業(yè)服務(wù)業(yè)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。三是廣泛開展專業(yè)服務(wù)業(yè)的國際合作。四是著力加強(qiáng)專業(yè)服務(wù)業(yè)的行業(yè)組織建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Hu Jinglin, assistant to the Minister of Finance, pointed out that as an important force in the professional service industry, the CPA industry has experienced more than 30 years of development. It has developed for the capital market in terms of supervising the quality of accounting information, providing management and strategic consulting services, and so on. Industrial transformation and upgrading, as well as the maintenance of public interests and market economic order, have played an important role, and have developed into one of the most standardized, specialized and internationalized industries in China's professional service industry. He put forward some suggestions on the development and construction of professional service industry: first, give full play to the important role of professional service industry in deepening the reform in an all-round way. Second, we will vigorously strengthen the construction of the contingent of professionals in the professional service industry. Third, extensive international cooperation in professional services. Fourth, we should strengthen the construction of professional service industry organizations.
