【摘要】：在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化發(fā)展進(jìn)程不斷深入的今天,面對(duì)更廣闊的發(fā)展機(jī)遇與更加嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),怎樣使EPC項(xiàng)目順利地進(jìn)行,實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)效益的最大化,是企業(yè)亟需解決的一大問(wèn)題。本篇論文中,筆者主要對(duì)EPC項(xiàng)目費(fèi)用控制管理中應(yīng)注意的重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析與探討,以供參考。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the process of global economic integration, facing the broader development opportunities and more severe challenges, how to make the EPC project proceed smoothly and realize the maximum profit benefit is a big problem that enterprises urgently need to solve. In this paper, the author mainly analyzes and discusses the key points in the EPC project cost control management for reference.
