【摘要】：中國(guó)與澳大利亞綿羊生產(chǎn)成本收益比較表明:中國(guó)及其主產(chǎn)省份單位綿羊人工投入以及飼草料成本明顯高于澳大利亞及其主產(chǎn)區(qū)新南威爾士、維多利亞;澳大利亞綿羊養(yǎng)殖成本主要在機(jī)械使用成本、幼畜購(gòu)進(jìn)費(fèi)、服務(wù)費(fèi)用三個(gè)方面高于中國(guó),資金利息在澳大利亞綿羊養(yǎng)殖總成本中占較大比重。綿羊養(yǎng)殖生產(chǎn)效率對(duì)比表明:2015年中國(guó)綿羊養(yǎng)殖經(jīng)濟(jì)效率落后于澳大利亞,全要素生產(chǎn)率呈下降趨勢(shì),年均增長(zhǎng)-2.06%;規(guī)模效率是驅(qū)動(dòng)澳大利亞全要素生產(chǎn)率改善的主要因素,年均增長(zhǎng)4.05%。要進(jìn)一步提高中國(guó)綿羊養(yǎng)殖生產(chǎn)效率,需要加強(qiáng)政策保護(hù)力度,吸引社會(huì)資本;應(yīng)發(fā)展適度規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖,增加科技投入,以降低養(yǎng)殖成本。
[Abstract]:The comparison of production cost and income between China and Australia shows that the artificial input and forage cost of sheep in China and its main producing provinces are obviously higher than those in New South Wales and Victoria in Australia and its main producing areas. The cost of Australian sheep breeding is higher than that of China in three aspects: the cost of using machinery, the cost of purchasing young animals and the cost of service. The interest of funds accounts for a large proportion of the total cost of Australian sheep breeding. The comparison of sheep production efficiency shows that the economic efficiency of sheep breeding in China lags behind that of Australia in 2015, the total factor productivity (TFP) shows a downward trend, and the average annual growth is -2.06.The scale efficiency is the main factor driving the improvement of TFP in Australia. The average annual growth rate is 4.05. In order to further improve the production efficiency of sheep breeding in China, it is necessary to strengthen the policy protection, attract social capital, develop moderate scale breeding and increase scientific and technological input in order to reduce the cost of breeding.
