【摘要】：機器人與智能裝備制造行業(yè)已成為本世紀(jì)最有發(fā)展前景的行業(yè)之一�！肮I(yè)4.0”時代為全球機器人行業(yè)創(chuàng)造了一個嶄新且廣闊的發(fā)展空間,我國作為新興市場中的傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)大國,已經(jīng)敏銳地嗅聞到了未來的發(fā)展空間和發(fā)展機遇。2015年我國發(fā)布《中國制造2015》及“十三五規(guī)劃”,指明要大力發(fā)展機器人與智能制造,推動經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級和創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。制造生產(chǎn)方式向智能、精致變化,構(gòu)建以智能制造為根本特征的新型制造體系是大勢所趨。國家將會制定一系列的政策和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來保證行業(yè)的強勁運營。SYXS股份有限公司是國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的機器人與智能裝備制造企業(yè),本文旨在以哈佛分析框架為工具,分別從戰(zhàn)略、會計、財務(wù)和發(fā)展前景方面對其進(jìn)行全面的分析,希望能對國內(nèi)的機器人與智能裝備制造行業(yè)中其他企業(yè)產(chǎn)生借鑒意義和作用。本文采用案例分析法、定量與定性結(jié)合、對比分析等研究方法。具體研究內(nèi)容共分為四部分:第一部分為緒論,介紹了本文的研究背景,研究意義,研究思路以及研究內(nèi)容和研究方法;第二部分是哈佛分析框架相關(guān)理論的概述,主要介紹了哈佛分析框架理論的基本內(nèi)容和用其研究的意義;第三部分是哈佛分析框架下SYXS有限公司的財務(wù)分析。包括對SYXS股份有限公司的戰(zhàn)略分析,簡要介紹企業(yè)的基本情況,利用PEST模型分析國內(nèi)該行業(yè)所處的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會和技術(shù)環(huán)境,并利用SWOT工具詳細(xì)分析企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略;會計分析,選取重要科目對該公司的會計政策選擇分別進(jìn)行橫向和縱向的分析;財務(wù)分析,包括對財務(wù)報表和財務(wù)比率的分析。財務(wù)比率用來評價企業(yè)的償債能力、盈利能力、營運能力和成長能力。以及前景分析;第四部分是結(jié)論與建議。通過分析,可以看出SYXS股份有限公司資產(chǎn)狀況良好、盈利能力和償債能力較強,但是在營運能力和現(xiàn)金流轉(zhuǎn)方面有些問題需要改進(jìn)。針對這些問題,本文也提出了相對應(yīng)的對策建議,總體來說SYXS股份有限公司需謹(jǐn)慎穩(wěn)定地推進(jìn)公司擴張發(fā)展的進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:Robot and intelligent equipment manufacturing industry has become one of the most promising industries in this century. The "Industrial 4.0" era has created a new and broad development space for the global robot industry. China is a traditional industrial power in the emerging market. China has issued "made in China 2015" and "the 13th Five-Year Plan" in 2015, pointing out that it is necessary to vigorously develop robot and intelligent manufacturing, promote economic transformation, upgrade and innovation development. Manufacturing mode changes to intelligence and delicacy. It is the trend of the times to construct a new manufacturing system characterized by intelligent manufacturing. The country will formulate a series of policies and standards to ensure the strong operation of the industry. SYXS is a leading robotics and intelligent equipment manufacturer in China. In the aspect of finance and development prospect, it is hoped that it can be used for reference to other enterprises in the field of robot and intelligent equipment manufacturing in China. This paper uses case analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, comparative analysis and other research methods. The specific research content is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, which introduces the research background, research significance, research ideas, research content and research methods; the second part is the overview of the relevant theories of Harvard analytical framework. This paper mainly introduces the basic content of the theory of Harvard analytical framework and the significance of its research. The third part is the financial analysis of SYXS Limited Company under the framework of Harvard Analysis. Including the strategic analysis of SYXS Co., Ltd., a brief introduction to the basic situation of the enterprise, and the use of PEST model to analyze the political, economic, social and technological environment of the domestic industry. SWOT tools are used to analyze the competitive advantage and strategy of the enterprise in detail; accounting analysis, the selection of important subjects for the choice of accounting policies of the company respectively horizontal and vertical analysis; financial analysis, Includes analysis of financial statements and ratios. Financial ratios are used to evaluate the solvency, profitability, operating capacity and growth capacity of an enterprise. The fourth part is conclusion and suggestion. Through analysis, we can see that SYXS Co., Ltd. is in good condition of assets, profitability and solvency, but some problems in operating capacity and cash flow need to be improved. In view of these problems, this paper also puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Generally speaking, SYXS Co., Ltd. should advance the process of expansion and development cautiously and steadily.
