【摘要】：正小型參股企業(yè)會(huì)計(jì)一級(jí)集中核算是四川石油深入推進(jìn)股權(quán)企業(yè)專業(yè)線管理、實(shí)現(xiàn)股權(quán)管理模式創(chuàng)新的重要舉措,旨在提高參股企業(yè)會(huì)計(jì)信息的及時(shí)性、準(zhǔn)確性、相關(guān)性,提高財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告的質(zhì)量和效率,降低會(huì)計(jì)信息生成的成本,提高內(nèi)部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制能力,提升參股企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理水平,從而強(qiáng)化公司對(duì)股權(quán)企業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控,提升股權(quán)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)效能力。
