【摘要】：人民銀行基層行自2002年起實施縣支行報賬制管理,報賬制實施十多年來存在諸多問題,難以適應(yīng)在當(dāng)前財務(wù)工作的新形勢和新要求。本文分析了基層央行財務(wù)工作面臨的新常態(tài),評估了縣支行報賬制存在的缺陷,提出了基層央行財務(wù)報賬模式流程再造的思路和建議,對于加強人民銀行財務(wù)工作"兩基建設(shè)",提高基層行財務(wù)管理水平具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The basic bank of the people's Bank of China has carried out the management of the reporting system of the county branch since 2002. There have been many problems in the implementation of the system for more than ten years, and it is difficult to adapt to the new situation and new requirements in the current financial work. This paper analyzes the new normal of the financial work of the grassroots central bank, evaluates the defects of the reporting system of the county branch bank, and puts forward the ideas and suggestions of the reengineering of the financial reporting mode of the grass-roots central bank. It is of great significance to strengthen the financial work of the people's Bank of China and improve the level of financial management at the grassroots level.
