【摘要】：為加強(qiáng)資金鏈管理,A油田在年度投資預(yù)算和生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營預(yù)算的基礎(chǔ)上編制年度資金預(yù)算和計(jì)劃,并在不同油價下進(jìn)行資金壓力測試,按照成本最低的原則制訂債務(wù)融資方案。同時,在日常運(yùn)營過程中加強(qiáng)資金控制,保障企業(yè)價值增值目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In order to strengthen the fund chain management, the annual fund budget and plan are drawn up on the basis of the annual investment budget and production and operation budget, and the fund stress test is carried out under different oil prices, and the debt financing scheme is formulated according to the principle of lowest cost. At the same time, strengthen the capital control in the daily operation process, ensure the realization of the enterprise value-added target.
