【摘要】：基于長(zhǎng)尾理論視角,論述了情感維護(hù)是高校校友捐贈(zèng)長(zhǎng)效發(fā)展的廣泛基礎(chǔ)。首先,在論述長(zhǎng)尾理論具有小利潤(rùn)大市場(chǎng)的"長(zhǎng)尾市場(chǎng)"現(xiàn)象基礎(chǔ)上,指出"長(zhǎng)尾市場(chǎng)"現(xiàn)象在校友捐贈(zèng)文化中同樣存在;其次,對(duì)我國(guó)高校過(guò)于依賴(lài)精英少數(shù)、忽視廣泛多數(shù)造成校友捐贈(zèng)的偶然性和短期性進(jìn)行了闡述;最后,從情感傾注打造校友捐贈(zèng)的長(zhǎng)尾效應(yīng),提出了完善我國(guó)高校校友捐贈(zèng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the long tail theory, this paper discusses that emotional maintenance is the broad foundation for the long-term development of alumni donation. First of all, on the basis of discussing the phenomenon of "long tail market" in which long tail theory has a large market with small profits, it points out that the phenomenon of "long tail market" also exists in the culture of alumni donation. Neglecting the extensive majority causes the contingency and short-term character of alumni donation. Finally, from the long-term effect of emotion pouring into building alumni donation, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the alumni donation in our country.
