【摘要】：如何加強(qiáng)企業(yè)存貨的管理,維護(hù)企業(yè)流動(dòng)資產(chǎn)的安全,是當(dāng)今的一項(xiàng)較為熱門的話題。醫(yī)藥行業(yè)由于其存貨管理難度大、政策嚴(yán)格等特點(diǎn),企業(yè)急需有效的存貨內(nèi)部管理。本文旨在通過醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的案例分析,試圖發(fā)現(xiàn)存貨管理內(nèi)部控制中存在的問題,以此提出相應(yīng)的解決策略。SJ集團(tuán)是我國(guó)一家國(guó)有大型醫(yī)藥企業(yè),其產(chǎn)品種類繁多,銷售渠道廣泛,已經(jīng)逐漸成為國(guó)內(nèi)外領(lǐng)先企業(yè)之一。然而,隨著國(guó)家政策的不斷變化和公司的逐步發(fā)展,SJ集團(tuán)存貨管理方面存在著一些急需解決的問題,例如怎樣降低企業(yè)存貨的成本,如何提高企業(yè)存貨周轉(zhuǎn)率,同時(shí)完善企業(yè)的日常經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)等。本文首先介紹了內(nèi)部控制與存貨管理內(nèi)部控制的概念及相關(guān)理論,隨后,以SJ集團(tuán)為例,簡(jiǎn)單介紹了該企業(yè)的基本狀況。之后本文重點(diǎn)揭示了其在存貨管理方面存在的不足,如采購(gòu)管理、盤點(diǎn)核算管理、出庫(kù)入庫(kù)管理、退料管理四個(gè)關(guān)節(jié)中存在的問題并分析了原因;最后針對(duì)其存貨管理存在的不足,本文基于COSO內(nèi)部控制理論,為SJ集團(tuán)的存貨管理內(nèi)部控制體系提出了幾點(diǎn)建議,以期為該公司建立起一套既符合存貨管理相關(guān)理論,又具有一定實(shí)踐操作性的存貨管理內(nèi)部控制管理體系。
[Abstract]:How to strengthen the management of enterprise inventory and maintain the safety of current assets is a hot topic. Because of its difficult inventory management and strict policy, the pharmaceutical industry urgently needs effective internal inventory management. The purpose of this paper is to find out the problems existing in the internal control of inventory management through the case analysis of pharmaceutical enterprises, and to put forward the corresponding solutions. The SJ Group is a large state-owned pharmaceutical enterprise in our country, which has a wide variety of products. Sales channels are extensive, has gradually become one of the leading enterprises at home and abroad. However, with the continuous change of national policy and the gradual development of the company, there are some urgent problems in inventory management of SJ Group, such as how to reduce the cost of enterprise inventory and how to improve the turnover rate of enterprise inventory. At the same time, improve the daily business activities of enterprises and so on. This paper first introduces the concept of internal control and inventory management internal control and related theories, then, taking SJ Group as an example, briefly introduces the basic situation of the enterprise. After that, this paper mainly reveals the shortcomings in inventory management, such as procurement management, inventory accounting management, out-of-stock management, and material withdrawal management, and analyzes the reasons; Finally, aiming at the deficiency of inventory management, based on the theory of COSO internal control, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the internal control system of inventory management of SJ Group, in order to establish a set of relevant theories of inventory management for SJ Group. Also has certain practice operation inventory management internal control management system.
