【摘要】：珠寶首飾行業(yè)是非常古老的行業(yè),在經(jīng)濟中占有十分重要的地位。中國現(xiàn)已成為全球最大的珠寶首飾消費市場,然而最近3年,中國珠寶首飾的銷售額呈現(xiàn)斷崖式的下降,由此珠寶首飾行業(yè)進入洗牌、整合、升級的階段。要想在這種行業(yè)背景下立于不敗之地,就要開始探索珠寶首飾行業(yè)的全新經(jīng)營模式。SN首飾體驗館項目主要在傳統(tǒng)珠寶首飾經(jīng)營模式的基礎(chǔ)上開拓新的經(jīng)營模式,要想正式投入運營仍需對項目有更全方位的可行性研究以及更多的資金支持。因此,本文對SN首飾體驗館項目進行投資可行性研究,擬為投資者提供SN首飾體驗館項目是否具有投資可行性的參考意見,同時也為投入經(jīng)營后的SN首飾體驗館提供營銷策略、定價方式、營銷渠道等方面的建議。本文的研究內(nèi)容包括所處行業(yè)可行性分析、市場可行性分析、技術(shù)可行性分析、環(huán)境可行性分析、財務(wù)可行性分析、敏感性及風(fēng)險分析。其中,所處行業(yè)可行性分析、技術(shù)可行性分析和環(huán)境可行性分析部分主要是定性研究,市場可行性分析、財務(wù)可行性分析、敏感性及風(fēng)險分析部分主要是定量研究。本文的創(chuàng)新點體現(xiàn)在兩個方面,一方面是研究對象的創(chuàng)新,投資項目可行性研究的對象和以往的工程、工業(yè)項目有所不同,本文是以盈利性質(zhì)的SN首飾體驗館為研究對象,為投資者提供決策建議;另一方面,在內(nèi)容上進行了創(chuàng)新,第一,基于“波特五力模型”對珠寶首飾行業(yè)競爭結(jié)構(gòu)進行了分析,第二,將列聯(lián)分析方法應(yīng)用于目標(biāo)消費群體的預(yù)測中去,第三,將營銷組合問題作為SN首飾體驗館市場可行性分析的重要內(nèi)容,也是本文的重要創(chuàng)新點。通過一系列的研究,本文得出結(jié)論如下:SN首飾體驗館項目的投資具有可行性。投資回收期為3.94年,凈現(xiàn)值NPV遠大于0,計算期內(nèi)投資效益較好,內(nèi)含報酬率大于社會折現(xiàn)率�？偟膩碚f,SN首飾體驗館項目既能滿足投資者的收益需求,又能為消費者提供個性需求,還能為社會發(fā)展做出一定貢獻,項目發(fā)展前景可觀。
[Abstract]:Jewelry industry is a very old industry, occupies a very important position in the economy. China has become the world's largest jewelry consumer market, but in the last three years, sales of jewelry in China have shown a precipitous decline, so the jewelry industry has entered the stage of shuffle, integration and upgrading. In order to be invincible in this industry background, we should begin to explore the brand new business model of jewelry industry. San Jewelry experience Museum project mainly develops a new business model on the basis of traditional jewelry management mode. In order to formally put into operation, the project still needs more comprehensive feasibility study and more financial support. Therefore, this article carries on the investment feasibility study to the SN jewelry experience hall project, intends to provide the SN jewelry experience hall project to have the investment feasibility the reference opinion, but also provides the marketing strategy for the SN jewelry experience hall after putting into operation. Pricing methods, marketing channels and other aspects of the recommendations. The research contents of this paper include industry feasibility analysis, market feasibility analysis, technical feasibility analysis, environmental feasibility analysis, financial feasibility analysis, sensitivity and risk analysis. Among them, the industry feasibility analysis, technical feasibility analysis and environmental feasibility analysis part is mainly qualitative research, market feasibility analysis, financial feasibility analysis, sensitivity and risk analysis part is mainly quantitative research. The innovation of this paper is reflected in two aspects, one is the innovation of the research object, the object of feasibility study of investment project is different from the previous project, and the industrial project is different. On the other hand, it makes innovations in content. Firstly, it analyzes the competition structure of jewelry industry based on Porter's five Force Model. The method is applied to the prediction of the target consumer group. Thirdly, the marketing combination is regarded as the important content of the market feasibility analysis of SN Jewelry experience Hall, which is also the important innovation point of this paper. Through a series of studies, this paper draws the conclusion that the investment of the jewelry experience hall project of the: SN is feasible. The payback period of investment is 3.94, the NPV of net present value is far greater than 0, the investment benefit is better and the internal return rate is larger than the social discount rate in the calculating period. In general, the jewelry experience museum project can not only meet the income needs of investors, but also provide individual needs for consumers, and also contribute to the social development, the project development prospects are considerable.
