【摘要】：正大型集團(tuán)企業(yè)的產(chǎn)融結(jié)合探索,在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級過程中有著重要意義。201 6年7月,《中共中央、國務(wù)院關(guān)于深化投融資體制改革的意見》發(fā)布,明確大力發(fā)展直接融資,要求依托多層次資本市場體系,拓寬投融資渠道,支持實體經(jīng)濟(jì)。這一趨勢要求CFO能夠掌控產(chǎn)融結(jié)合的新思維和創(chuàng)新力,為企業(yè)價值經(jīng)營提供更強大的支撐功能。201 6年,我國新增了7家中央企業(yè)開展國有資本投資公司試點,
[Abstract]:The exploration of the combination of industry and finance in large group enterprises is of great significance in the process of economic transformation and upgrading in our country. In July, 2016, the opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on deepening the Reform of Investment and financing system were published, and the direct financing was clearly and vigorously developed. Demand relies on multi-level capital market system, widen investment and financing channel, support entity economy. This trend requires CFO to be able to control the new thinking and innovation of the combination of industry and finance, to provide a more powerful supporting function for enterprise value management in the year of .2016.In China, seven central enterprises have been added to carry out pilot projects of state-owned capital investment companies.
