【摘要】：伴隨著我國(guó)企業(yè)管理體制改革的逐步深化,企業(yè)集團(tuán)不斷出現(xiàn),社會(huì)化的生產(chǎn)規(guī)模和程度越來越高,加強(qiáng)企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理就顯得更加重要。企業(yè)貨幣資金在其生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)中,流動(dòng)頻繁,易產(chǎn)生錯(cuò)、漏等問題,更容易被非法挪用、侵吞甚至被盜竊,亦即貨幣資金的高流動(dòng)性始終伴隨著高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性;因此,為了更好地降低企業(yè)內(nèi)部貨幣資金的運(yùn)營(yíng)和保障風(fēng)險(xiǎn),加強(qiáng)企業(yè)貨幣資金內(nèi)部的管理問題的研究已成為會(huì)計(jì)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容。本文主要針對(duì)企業(yè)貨幣資金管理問題進(jìn)行探討和研究。搜集北京翠微大廈股份有限公司在資金管理方面的資料,結(jié)合自己在其單位實(shí)習(xí)過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,分析貨幣資金的管理情況并提出預(yù)期的合理化建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of the enterprise management system in our country, the enterprise group appears constantly, and the socialized production scale and degree are higher and higher, so it is more important to strengthen the internal management of the enterprise. In its production and management activities, the enterprise's monetary funds flow frequently, are prone to errors, leaks and other problems, and are more likely to be misappropriated, misappropriated or even stolen, that is, the high liquidity of monetary funds is always accompanied by high risk; therefore, In order to reduce the risk of money fund operation and guarantee better, it has become an important content in the accounting field to strengthen the research on the internal management of enterprise monetary funds. This paper mainly discusses and studies the problem of money fund management in enterprises. This paper collects the information on capital management of Beijing Cuiwei Building Co., Ltd., analyzes the management of monetary funds and puts forward some reasonable suggestions according to the problems found in the course of its unit practice.
