【摘要】：新修訂的《行政單位會計制度》的頒布實施是一項重大變革,創(chuàng)新在于通過擴大"雙分錄"核算范圍,達(dá)到既反映行政單位財務(wù)狀況,又反映預(yù)算執(zhí)行情況的目的,彌補了原會計制度的不足。"雙分錄"在新制度中起到了穿針引線、全面兼顧的作用。文章通過解讀新會計制度的指導(dǎo)思想,分析了采用"雙分錄"核算方法的積極意義、具體賬務(wù)處理及運用中存在的問題。
[Abstract]:The promulgation and implementation of the newly revised Accounting system for Administrative Units is a major change. The innovation lies in the purpose of reflecting both the financial situation of administrative units and the implementation of the budget by expanding the scope of accounting for "double entries". To make up for the shortcomings of the original accounting system. " Double entry "in the new system has played a role in the overall consideration." By interpreting the guiding ideology of the new accounting system, this paper analyzes the positive significance of adopting the "double entry" accounting method, and the problems existing in the concrete accounting treatment and application.
