【摘要】：正內部控制是企業(yè)緊隨時代潮流、提升經營效率和國際競爭力的迫切需要,對企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。2012年5月,國資委下發(fā)了《關于加快構建中央企業(yè)內部控制體系有關事項的通知》(國資發(fā)評價〔2012〕68號),明確要求中央企業(yè)開展內部控制體系建設。為進一步深化和鞏固內部改革成果,公司作為國家電網(wǎng)公司內部控制建設試點單位,以占資金50%以上、涉及部門最多、業(yè)務流程最長的項目資產全過程管理為切入點,開展內部
[Abstract]:Positive internal control is an urgent need for enterprises to follow the trend of the times and improve their operating efficiency and international competitiveness, which is of great significance to the survival and development of enterprises. The SASAC issued the Circular on matters related to speeding up the Construction of the Central Enterprise Internal Control system (No. 68) (Evaluation of the State Capital Development and Development, 2012), explicitly requiring the central enterprises to carry out the construction of the internal control system. In order to further deepen and consolidate the achievements of internal reform, the company, as a pilot unit of internal control construction of the State Grid Company, takes more than 50% of the funds, involving the most departments and the longest business process, as the entry point for the whole process management of project assets.
