【摘要】：為了探討規(guī)�；B(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)和養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)產(chǎn)奶牛生產(chǎn)水平及成本利潤(rùn)的動(dòng)態(tài)變化,選擇奶牛規(guī)模化養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)和養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)各6個(gè),在2,5,8月份分別測(cè)定產(chǎn)奶牛采食量和產(chǎn)奶量,計(jì)算成本和收益,進(jìn)行效益的敏感性分析和動(dòng)態(tài)分析。結(jié)果表明:規(guī)模化養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)產(chǎn)奶牛干物質(zhì)采食量、料奶比、產(chǎn)奶量、乳脂率均顯著高于養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)(P≤0.05);產(chǎn)奶牛的收入和成本規(guī)模化養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)雖都顯著高于養(yǎng)殖小區(qū),但效益也顯著高于養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)。動(dòng)態(tài)分析的臨界點(diǎn)、牛奶價(jià)格、產(chǎn)奶量、采食量和飼料價(jià)格規(guī)�；B(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)均大于養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)。規(guī)�；B(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)效益的平衡點(diǎn)低于養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)。說(shuō)明奶牛規(guī)�；B(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)的生產(chǎn)水平、收益和市場(chǎng)抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力高于奶牛養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)。
