【摘要】：影響高速公路建設(shè)成本的因素眾多,同時(shí)成本控制涉及范圍廣、綜合性強(qiáng),本文選取遼寧省具有代表性的某條高速公路,對影響高速公路建設(shè)成本的關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行分析,重點(diǎn)測算主要建筑材料、機(jī)械設(shè)備、征地拆遷等項(xiàng)目對工程造價(jià)的影響程度,并提出在建設(shè)、管理等不同階段有效控制高速公路建設(shè)成本的對策。
[Abstract]:There are many factors that affect the cost of expressway construction, while cost control involves a wide range and strong comprehensiveness. In this paper, a representative expressway in Liaoning Province is selected to analyze the key factors affecting the cost of expressway construction. The influence of main construction materials, machinery and equipment, land requisition and demolition on the project cost is emphatically measured, and the countermeasures for effectively controlling the construction cost of expressway in different stages, such as construction and management, are put forward.
