【摘要】：在ERP系統(tǒng)中擴展建設會計電子檔案系統(tǒng),是中國電力財務有限公司根據(jù)《GW公司“十二五”信息化發(fā)展規(guī)劃》及《關于推進信息化業(yè)務管理系統(tǒng)建設的通知》,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)營管理目標、提高行業(yè)管理水平而投資建設的一個管理信息系統(tǒng)項目。中國電力財務有限公司是想通過電子會計檔案系統(tǒng)對證、賬、表等歷史數(shù)據(jù)進行管理,實現(xiàn)歷史會計數(shù)據(jù)的安全存儲、龐雜數(shù)據(jù)的有效管理、不同數(shù)據(jù)源的統(tǒng)一存放,降低企業(yè)管理成本,切實提高會計電子檔案數(shù)據(jù)的安全性和調用效率。本文對國內(nèi)外會計檔案管理的現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,簡要描述了系統(tǒng)需要解決的主要問題,對系統(tǒng)的需求分析和概要設計進行了描述,對部分有代表性實例的詳細設計和實現(xiàn)過程進行了詳細的描述,并對系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)和測試結果進行了全面介紹。本文針對中國電力財務有限公司的業(yè)務需求,主要通過以下工作來解決中國電力財務有限公司所面臨的問題：1、在ERP系統(tǒng)中搭建會計電子檔案平臺,進行各單位會計檔案管理、單位管理、用戶權限管理、數(shù)據(jù)管理等基礎功能；2、文檔管理模塊實現(xiàn)對企業(yè)財務或其他各種類型的文檔進行分類管理,支持excel、word、pdf、圖片等常用格式文件；3、對會計檔案信息進行管理,包含檔案管理、檔案借閱、檔案銷毀、案卷冊號編排等功能；4、將各類財務信息系統(tǒng)核算數(shù)據(jù)中的賬套信息、科目體系、憑證、專項核算及清理、賬戶總賬、明細賬、科目匯總表等轉換為檔案信息；5、將各類財務信息系統(tǒng)核算數(shù)據(jù)中的報表數(shù)據(jù)轉換為檔案信息,包括報表的基本信息和報表數(shù)據(jù)；6、建立賬務數(shù)據(jù)查詢平臺,查詢會計檔案數(shù)據(jù)中的憑證、賬頁、總賬、科目匯總表等賬務數(shù)據(jù)、支持層層穿透,逐級查詢；7、建立報表數(shù)據(jù)查詢平臺,支持按單位、期間、報表查詢會計檔案數(shù)據(jù)中的報表數(shù)據(jù)；8、其他財務電子檔案數(shù)據(jù)查詢平臺,支持查詢案卷、檔案借閱、財務文檔、授權等信息。會計電子檔案系統(tǒng)上線運行以來,系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定,業(yè)務功能完善,界面友好,基本上解決了客戶對歷史會計數(shù)據(jù)歸檔的要求,受到各單位客戶的認同。
[Abstract]:To expand the construction of accounting electronic file system in ERP system is for China Electric Power Finance Co., Ltd., according to the 12th Five-Year Plan of GW Company and the notice on promoting the Construction of Information Business Management system, to realize the goal of operation and management. Improve the management level of the industry and invest in the construction of a management information system project. China Electric Power Finance Co., Ltd. wants to manage the historical data such as proof, account, table and other historical data through electronic accounting file system, to realize the safe storage of historical accounting data, the effective management of complex data, and the unified storage of different data sources. Reduce the cost of enterprise management and improve the security and transfer efficiency of accounting electronic file data. This paper analyzes the current situation of accounting archives management at home and abroad, briefly describes the main problems that the system needs to solve, and describes the requirements analysis and outline design of the system. The detailed design and implementation process of some representative examples are described in detail, and the implementation and test results of the system are introduced in detail. This paper aims at the business demand of China Electric Power Finance Co., Ltd., mainly through the following work to solve the problem facing China Electric Power Finance Co., Ltd., build the accounting electronic file platform in the ERP system, carry out the accounting file management of each unit. Unit management, user authority management, data management and other basic functions. The document management module realizes the classification management of enterprise finance or other kinds of documents, supports the file format such as exceed words, pictures and so on, and manages the accounting file information. Including file management, file borrowing, file destruction, file volume number arrangement and other functions, the various financial information system accounting data, account system, vouchers, special accounting and cleaning, account general ledger, detailed account, The subject summary table and so on are converted into archival information. The report form data in all kinds of financial information system accounting data are converted into archival information, including the basic information of the report form and the report form data. A query platform for account data is established. Query accounting file data, such as voucher, account page, general ledger, summary of accounts, etc., support layer upon layer penetration, query 7 step by step, set up a report data query platform, support by unit, during, Report forms query accounting file data report data, other financial electronic file data query platform, support to query files, file borrowing, financial documents, authorization and other information. Since the electronic accounting file system was put into operation, the system has been running stably, the business function is perfect, and the interface is friendly, which basically solves the customer's requirement of historical accounting data archiving, and is recognized by the customers of various units.
