【摘要】：由于經(jīng)營業(yè)務(wù)及監(jiān)管體系的特殊性,金融企業(yè)盈余管理問題比其他企業(yè)更加復(fù)雜,造成的影響也更加廣泛。但國內(nèi)對(duì)金融企業(yè)盈余管理研究開展得很不充分,理論研究成果并不能滿足現(xiàn)實(shí)需求。通過對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的整理分析,全面探究我國金融企業(yè)盈余管理十年來的研究動(dòng)態(tài),劃分研究階段,梳理提煉主要研究內(nèi)容與觀點(diǎn),挖掘研究中的問題和不足,以期為未來進(jìn)一步研究提供突破的方向。
[Abstract]:Because of the particularity of management business and supervision system, the problem of earnings management in financial enterprises is more complex than other enterprises, and the impact is more extensive. However, the domestic research on earnings management of financial enterprises is not enough, the theoretical research results can not meet the actual needs. Through the analysis of relevant documents, the paper comprehensively explores the research trends of earnings management in Chinese financial enterprises in the past ten years, divides the research stages, combs and refines the main research contents and viewpoints, and excavates the problems and deficiencies in the research. In order to provide a breakthrough for further research in the future.
