湖南高校會計學(xué)專業(yè)“工學(xué)結(jié)合”實踐教學(xué)模式探討

【摘要】:目前湖南高校會計學(xué)專業(yè)校內(nèi)實訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)投入不足、校外高質(zhì)量的實訓(xùn)基地嚴重欠缺、各類見習(xí)實習(xí)效果不理想、實踐教學(xué)課程體系不完善,且真正能滿足實踐教學(xué)需要的"雙師雙能型"師資不足。"工學(xué)結(jié)合"的會計學(xué)專業(yè)實踐教學(xué)模式,從完善會計學(xué)專業(yè)實踐教學(xué)課程體系、開展校企合作、建立完善的實踐教學(xué)基地等多方面入手,提高湖南高校會計學(xué)專業(yè)實踐教學(xué)效果,提升學(xué)生的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:At present, there is insufficient investment in the construction of training bases for accounting majors in Hunan colleges and universities, a serious lack of high quality training bases outside the university, unsatisfactory results of all kinds of apprenticeships, and imperfect curriculum system of practical teaching. And the "double teachers and abilities" teachers who can really meet the needs of practical teaching are insufficient. The practical teaching mode of accounting specialty based on the combination of work and study begins with perfecting the course system of practical teaching for accounting major, carrying out cooperation between schools and enterprises, establishing perfect practical teaching base, and so on. To improve the practical teaching effect of accounting major in Hunan colleges and universities, and to improve the students' professional accomplishment.
