【摘要】：國家財(cái)政對于高�？蒲信c教學(xué)活動(dòng)支持、企業(yè)科研經(jīng)費(fèi)資金支持、各類獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金及校友基金會(huì)成立,高校經(jīng)費(fèi)日益顯著增長,導(dǎo)致高校財(cái)務(wù)支出日益復(fù)雜化。財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)銷需求增加、財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)銷質(zhì)量難以控制,財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)銷業(yè)務(wù)手續(xù)繁瑣、涉及面廣、政策性強(qiáng),高校財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)銷又是高校財(cái)務(wù)核算活動(dòng)中最為關(guān)鍵的一步。由于財(cái)務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)管理不夠完善,采用人工報(bào)賬方式,導(dǎo)致財(cái)務(wù)溝通成本較高,難以實(shí)現(xiàn)財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)銷管控。本文以A高校為研究對象,了解A高校財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)銷工作中存在的問題。順應(yīng)信息化技術(shù)進(jìn)程的發(fā)展,構(gòu)建高校管理會(huì)計(jì)信息系統(tǒng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展觀,需要在A高校建立一個(gè)良好數(shù)據(jù)信息循環(huán)與溝通的信息機(jī)制。利用云計(jì)算等信息技術(shù),探討建立高校財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)中心財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)銷管控的可行性。設(shè)計(jì)A高校財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)銷框架結(jié)構(gòu)、設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)銷流程、設(shè)計(jì)功能模塊。進(jìn)行云計(jì)算的高校財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)中心財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)銷管控可行性評估,提出在A高校實(shí)施財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)費(fèi)用報(bào)銷管控。推動(dòng)高校財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)銷現(xiàn)代化、提高報(bào)銷工作效率、降低財(cái)務(wù)成本,推動(dòng)高校信息化發(fā)展與時(shí)俱進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:The state finance supports the research and teaching activities of colleges and universities, the funds for scientific research of enterprises, the establishment of various kinds of scholarships and alumni foundations, and the funds of colleges and universities are increasing day by day, which results in the financial expenditure of colleges and universities becoming more and more complicated. The demand for financial reimbursement is increasing, the quality of financial reimbursement is difficult to control, the business procedures of financial reimbursement are complicated, covering a wide range, and the policy is strong, and the financial reimbursement in colleges and universities is the most critical step in the activities of financial accounting in colleges and universities. Because the management of financial information system is not perfect, it is difficult to realize the control of financial reimbursement because of the high cost of financial communication. This paper takes A university as the research object to understand the problems existing in the financial reimbursement work of A university. According to the development of information technology and the sustainable development view of university management accounting information system, it is necessary to establish a good information mechanism of data information circulation and communication in A university. Using cloud computing and other information technology, this paper discusses the feasibility of establishing financial reimbursement control of university financial sharing service center. Design A university financial reimbursement frame structure, design system structure design, design reimbursement process, design function module. In order to evaluate the feasibility of financial reimbursement control in the financial sharing service center of colleges and universities with cloud computing, this paper puts forward the implementation of financial sharing service expense reimbursement control in A university. Promote the modernization of college financial reimbursement, improve the efficiency of reimbursement work, reduce financial costs, and promote the development of information technology in colleges and universities with the times.
