【摘要】：正浙江省交通投資集團(tuán)財務(wù)公司是經(jīng)銀監(jiān)會批準(zhǔn)設(shè)立的非銀行金融機(jī)構(gòu),屬集團(tuán)旗下控股子公司,其功能定位為企業(yè)集團(tuán)內(nèi)部資源配置和風(fēng)險控制平臺,為集團(tuán)母公司及成員企業(yè)提供賬戶管理、籌融資、業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)算和統(tǒng)計信息服務(wù)。為了解決預(yù)算管理存在的問題,財務(wù)公司開展了基于關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)的動態(tài)預(yù)算系統(tǒng)實(shí)踐,并取得了一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)和體會。一、背景介紹
