【摘要】：現(xiàn)如今,在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的改革進(jìn)程中,九行八業(yè)的企業(yè)將不得不面臨著錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境的挑戰(zhàn)。近年來(lái)化工產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)持續(xù)走軟,下游需求不旺,化工業(yè)公司的銷售面臨巨大壓力,眾多內(nèi)外部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)如匯率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、產(chǎn)品銷售明顯提高,如果企業(yè)不重視公司內(nèi)外部財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的突然增加,便很容易導(dǎo)致不可挽回的危機(jī)和損失慘重的結(jié)果。因此,企業(yè)的當(dāng)務(wù)之急便是對(duì)其自身的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)做好風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,設(shè)計(jì)出切實(shí)可行的危機(jī)管理執(zhí)行辦法。本篇文章重點(diǎn)研究了因內(nèi)部因素造成的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并提出防范方法,對(duì)于化工行業(yè)的公司具有一定現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,以防止這種財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的發(fā)生。本文首先闡述了財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的研究背景、內(nèi)容、方法以及意義,并分析了截至當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的研究情況。在文章的第二部分,從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論的起源、基本流程以及其四大財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范方法對(duì)本文的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步說(shuō)明;第三部分,簡(jiǎn)單介紹了J化工公司的基本財(cái)務(wù)狀況,分別根據(jù)企業(yè)的內(nèi)、外部因素逐項(xiàng)鑒別財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)情況,并做出詳盡細(xì)致的分析;第四部分,針對(duì)J公司實(shí)際狀況,選取恰當(dāng)?shù)闹笜?biāo)和模型,利用層次分析法和功效系數(shù)法構(gòu)建判斷矩陣并求解,使評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果以得分制的形式呈現(xiàn)出來(lái);第五部分,為J公司設(shè)計(jì)了指導(dǎo)性和可行性并存的防范方法;文章的最后,做出小結(jié)并匯總不足。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, in the reform process of China's market economy, enterprises will have to face the challenge of complicated market environment. In recent years, the chemical products market has continued to weaken, the downstream demand is not booming, the sales of chemical industry companies are facing enormous pressure, many internal and external risks such as exchange rate risks, product sales have increased significantly. If the enterprise does not attach importance to the sudden increase of internal and external financial risk, it will easily lead to irreparable crisis and heavy loss. Therefore, the urgent task of enterprises is to do a good job of risk management of their own financial risks, and to design feasible implementation methods of crisis management. This paper focuses on the financial risk caused by internal factors and puts forward the precautionary measures, which is of practical significance for chemical industry companies to prevent the occurrence of such financial risks. This paper first describes the research background, content, method and significance of financial risk, and analyzes the current research situation of scholars at home and abroad. In the second part of the article, from the origin of risk management theory, the basic process and its four major financial risk prevention methods to further explain the relevant theories of this paper; the third part, a brief introduction of the basic financial situation of J Chemical Company, According to the internal and external factors of the enterprise to identify the financial risk situation one by one, and make detailed and detailed analysis; the fourth part, according to the actual situation of company J, select the appropriate indicators and models, Using AHP and efficacy coefficient method to construct judgment matrix and solve it, so that the evaluation results are presented in the form of score system. The fifth part, designed for J company guidance and feasibility of the coexistence of prevention methods; at the end of the article, Make a summary and summarize the deficiency.
