【摘要】：中國國際工程承包業(yè)是我國實施“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的重要部分。最近三十多年我國國際工程承包業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,但海外市場環(huán)境與國內(nèi)市場環(huán)境差異顯著。尤其是受近年來區(qū)域政治動蕩,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢下滑等外部宏觀環(huán)境因素的影響,行業(yè)外部更具復(fù)雜性和動蕩性,國際工程承包業(yè)的發(fā)展形勢越來越嚴(yán)峻,競爭越來越激烈。動態(tài)能力理論就是為應(yīng)對此類動蕩環(huán)境產(chǎn)生的,具體指企業(yè)應(yīng)對外部環(huán)境快速變化而整合各類資源并改變原有發(fā)展路徑進(jìn)而重塑內(nèi)外部勝任力的能力。在此情況下,企業(yè)如何通過自身能力來應(yīng)對經(jīng)營環(huán)境的動態(tài)變化以維持競爭優(yōu)勢,實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)成長成為我國國際工程承包業(yè)面臨的新的重要課題。本文主要以國際工程承包企業(yè)的動態(tài)能力為研究對象。在就相關(guān)研究和理論發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)整理歸納分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,對以下幾個關(guān)鍵問題進(jìn)行深入剖析:一、通過理論分析初步界定了測量動態(tài)能力的5個維度,為市場感知能力、學(xué)習(xí)吸收能力、網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系能力、資源整合能力和組織柔性能力。二、采用問卷調(diào)查和因子分析的方法驗證動態(tài)能力的子維度能力模型的科學(xué)性和實用性,建立適用于國際工程承包企業(yè)的動態(tài)能力量表。三、基于問卷回收的有效樣本,采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型(SEM)對我國國際工程承包企業(yè)動態(tài)能力對企業(yè)績效的影響進(jìn)行了檢驗,探索其影響路徑。結(jié)果表明,我國國際工程承包企業(yè)現(xiàn)階段的動態(tài)能力各維度動態(tài)能力發(fā)展不平衡,總體處于一個較低水平;國際工程承包企業(yè)的動態(tài)能力各個維度對于企業(yè)績效的影響具有差異性,但總的來說,動態(tài)能力是企業(yè)獲得競爭優(yōu)勢和良好績效的前提條件。通過本項研究,可為國際工程承包企業(yè)主動識別其積極應(yīng)對復(fù)雜環(huán)境下的動態(tài)能力,選擇與環(huán)境及自身發(fā)展相適應(yīng)的動態(tài)能力發(fā)展模式提供支持。同時,借助新的能力和理論體系為后續(xù)進(jìn)行更有實踐價值的國際工程承包企業(yè)的發(fā)展策略研究提供了思路和研究基礎(chǔ),從一定程度上裨益國際工程承包企業(yè)的管理水平的提升。
[Abstract]:China's international project contracting industry is an important part of China's "going out" strategy. China's international engineering contracting industry has developed rapidly in the last 30 years, but the overseas market environment and the domestic market environment are significantly different. Especially under the influence of external macro environmental factors such as regional political turbulence and global economic situation in recent years, the external industry is more complex and volatile. The development situation of international engineering contracting industry is becoming more and more severe, and the competition is becoming more and more fierce. The theory of dynamic capability is to deal with this kind of turbulent environment, specifically refers to the ability of enterprises to integrate all kinds of resources and change the original development path to reshape the internal and external competence in response to the rapid changes of the external environment. In this case, how to cope with the dynamic changes of the business environment through their own ability to maintain the competitive advantage and achieve sustainable growth has become a new and important issue facing the international engineering contracting industry in China. This paper focuses on the dynamic capability of international engineering contracting enterprises. On the basis of systematical analysis of relevant research and theoretical development, the following key problems are deeply analyzed: first, five dimensions of measuring dynamic ability are preliminarily defined through theoretical analysis. Ability for market perception, learning absorption, networking, resource integration and organizational flexibility. Secondly, the method of questionnaire and factor analysis is used to verify the scientificalness and practicability of the sub-dimension capability model of dynamic competence, and the dynamic capability scale is established for international engineering contracting enterprises. Thirdly, based on the valid samples collected from the questionnaire, the influence of the dynamic capability of the international engineering contracting enterprises on the performance of the enterprises is tested by using the structural equation model (SEM), and the influence path is explored. The results show that the development of dynamic capability in different dimensions of international engineering contracting enterprises is not balanced at the present stage, and it is generally at a low level. The influence of dynamic capability on enterprise performance is different, but in general, dynamic capability is the precondition for enterprises to obtain competitive advantage and good performance. Through this study, it can provide support for international project contracting enterprises to actively identify their dynamic ability under complex environment and to choose dynamic capability development mode suitable for environment and their own development. At the same time, with the help of the new ability and theory system, it provides the train of thought and research foundation for the further research on the development strategy of the international engineering contracting enterprises with more practical value, and to a certain extent benefits the improvement of the management level of the international engineering contracting enterprises.
