基于平衡計分卡的平安銀行績效評價研究

【摘要】:1978年是我國改革開放的第一年,自此以后,我國逐步開放資本市場,外資銀行開始進入中國市場,給國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行帶來了很大的壓力,由此,商業(yè)銀行間的競爭愈演愈烈。我國的商業(yè)銀行在競爭中不斷進步,在當今的資本市場中,商業(yè)銀行已然成為重要的組成部分。商業(yè)銀行如何在利率市場化的環(huán)境中實現(xiàn)長期穩(wěn)定可觀的資本收益,如何快速提升短期的利潤水平,如何在業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中取得最優(yōu)的收益和風險平衡,成為學術(shù)界關(guān)注的重點。金融與國民經(jīng)濟的運行息息相關(guān),金融行業(yè)作為與國家經(jīng)濟緊密相關(guān)的行業(yè),其動向受到國家和人民的高度關(guān)注。國家在制定的“十三五規(guī)劃”中特別強調(diào),2016年——2022年是我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時期,如何在高速發(fā)展經(jīng)濟的同時平衡收入與支出,如何加速經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型,進一步開放金融市場,實施“走出去”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,是接下來政府及企業(yè)需要努力的方向。金融行業(yè)的發(fā)展對中國經(jīng)濟有著很大的推動作用,怎樣提高金融服務(wù)實體經(jīng)濟的效率是現(xiàn)在金融改革的關(guān)鍵,而商業(yè)銀行績效的提高無疑是提升金融服務(wù)效率的重要舉措。傳統(tǒng)銀行績效度量以財務(wù)指標為核心,在利率非市場化和以利差收入為主的時代起到積極的作用,一度引領(lǐng)了商業(yè)銀行績效評價的風潮,使得商業(yè)銀行更加看重成本控制與盈利增長。然而在利率市場化和盈利多元化的新環(huán)境下,僅依靠財務(wù)指標已不能滿足商業(yè)銀行績效的度量,如果只注重財務(wù)指標的考核績效,會造成商業(yè)銀行注重短期利益而忽視長期利益的局面。故本文采用平衡計分卡來評價商業(yè)銀行績效,用戰(zhàn)略地圖對平安銀行進行指標構(gòu)建,把平衡計分卡的四個維度結(jié)合起來綜合評價,四個維度分別是:財務(wù)狀況、客戶價值、內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)流程、學習創(chuàng)新與成長性。我國商業(yè)銀行的績效研究大多是用財務(wù)指標來進行評價,沒有考慮到銀行績效評價的其他方面,其評價十分片面,本文使用的平衡積分卡則克服了傳統(tǒng)方法的缺點,在結(jié)合多方面因素的綜合考量后,采用層次分析法綜合評價商業(yè)銀行的績效,更加全面的體現(xiàn)商業(yè)銀行的動態(tài)面貌,為商業(yè)銀行的績效評價提供一個新的思路和方法。文章以平安銀行為例,根據(jù)平安銀行的特點,用平衡計分卡建立綜合績效評價體系,本文選用了平安銀行近十年的數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,結(jié)合了層次分析得出了平安銀行績效的變化趨勢,并嘗試為績效的變化提供合理的解釋,以此對平安銀行未來的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展提出建議,為其他商業(yè)銀行績效評價提供實踐指導。
[Abstract]:1978 was the first year of China's reform and opening up. Since then, China has gradually opened the capital market, foreign banks began to enter the Chinese market, which brought great pressure to domestic commercial banks, thus, the competition between commercial banks intensified. The commercial banks in our country have made progress in the competition. In the capital market nowadays, the commercial banks have become an important part. How to realize the long-term stable and considerable capital gains in the interest rate marketization environment, how to raise the short-term profit level quickly, how to obtain the best profit and risk balance in the business development has become the focus of the academic circles. Finance is closely related to the operation of national economy. As an industry closely related to national economy, the trend of financial industry is highly concerned by the state and people. In the 13th Five-Year Plan formulated by the State, it was particularly stressed that 2016-2022 is a critical period for China's economic development. How to balance income and expenditure while developing economy at a high speed, how to accelerate economic transformation, and how to further open up the financial market, Implementation of "going out" development strategy, is the next government and enterprises need to work hard. The development of financial industry plays a very important role in the development of Chinese economy. How to improve the efficiency of financial service real economy is the key to the present financial reform, and the improvement of commercial bank performance is undoubtedly an important measure to improve the efficiency of financial services. The traditional bank performance measurement takes the financial index as the core, plays a positive role in the age of interest rate non-marketization and the interest rate difference income, and once led the trend of commercial bank performance evaluation. It makes commercial banks pay more attention to cost control and profit growth. However, in the new environment of interest rate marketization and profit diversification, only relying on financial indicators can not meet the performance measurement of commercial banks, if only pay attention to the performance evaluation of financial indicators, Will cause the commercial bank to pay attention to the short-term benefit but neglects the long-term interest situation. Therefore, this paper uses balanced Scorecard to evaluate the performance of commercial banks, constructs the index of Ping an Bank with strategic map, and synthetically evaluates the four dimensions of balanced Scorecard. The four dimensions are: financial status, customer value. Internal business process, learning innovation and growth. Most of the research on the performance of commercial banks in our country is based on financial indicators, without considering other aspects of bank performance evaluation, its evaluation is very one-sided. The balanced integral card used in this paper overcomes the shortcomings of traditional methods. In combination with the comprehensive consideration of many factors, AHP is used to comprehensively evaluate the performance of commercial banks, more comprehensively reflect the dynamic appearance of commercial banks, and provide a new way of thinking and method for performance evaluation of commercial banks. Taking Ping an Bank as an example, according to the characteristics of Ping an Bank and using balanced Scorecard to establish a comprehensive performance evaluation system, this paper selects the data of Ping an Bank in the past ten years to analyze. Combined with the analytic hierarchy process, the change trend of ping an bank's performance is obtained, and it tries to provide reasonable explanation for the change of performance, so as to provide suggestions for the future strategic development of ping an bank and provide practical guidance for the performance evaluation of other commercial banks
