【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的不斷前進(jìn),水利工程建設(shè)及管理步伐也在加快,對(duì)水利管理單位來講,在國家政策支持的情況下出現(xiàn)的很多管理制度改革都是在單位現(xiàn)有的政策下進(jìn)行的一個(gè)完善。隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的改革,水管單位在管理方面的問題也逐步突顯,特別是工程管理資金短缺問題尤為明顯。本文對(duì)目前水利管理單位出現(xiàn)的工程管理資金嚴(yán)重短缺的現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了分析探討。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of the society, the construction and management of water conservancy projects are also speeding up. For water conservancy management units, many management system reforms under the support of national policies are a perfect one under the existing policies of the units. With the reform of the national economic system, the problems in the management of water management units are gradually highlighted, especially the shortage of project management funds. In this paper, the phenomenon of serious shortage of project management funds in water conservancy management units is analyzed and discussed.
