【摘要】：作為21世紀(jì)最具前景的朝陽行業(yè)之一的會計專業(yè),備受大學(xué)生的追捧。不斷增多的會計專業(yè)畢業(yè)生及各類會計資格考試合格者,造成會計專業(yè)人才供過于求,致使會計人員就業(yè)競爭異常激烈。對此,高校會計教育應(yīng)如何改革、會計專業(yè)人才需要如何自我更新,成為迫切需要厘清的現(xiàn)實問題。從分析高校會計人才供給和會計資格考試人才供給出發(fā),在調(diào)查當(dāng)今會計專業(yè)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)去向和面臨困惑的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了完善當(dāng)代會計人才供需平衡的政策建議。
[Abstract]:As one of the most promising sunrise industries in the 21 st century, accounting major is highly sought after by college students. The increasing number of accounting graduates and qualified persons in various accounting qualification examinations has resulted in an oversupply of accounting professionals and a fierce competition for accountants' employment. Therefore, how to reform accounting education in colleges and universities, and how accounting professionals need to renew themselves has become an urgent need to clarify the reality. Based on the analysis of the supply of accounting talents in colleges and universities and the talent supply of accounting qualification examination, and on the basis of the investigation of the employment and puzzlement of the graduates of accounting major, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to perfect the balance between supply and demand of modern accounting talents.
