【摘要】：本文探討倉(cāng)單質(zhì)押融資和應(yīng)收賬款質(zhì)押融資兩種典型的質(zhì)押融資模式及其影響因素,構(gòu)建質(zhì)押融資數(shù)量分析模型,并分析在一定商品價(jià)格變化趨勢(shì)下,企業(yè)的質(zhì)押融資行為及其資金流和物流整合運(yùn)作情形。研究表明在商品不同的價(jià)格變化趨勢(shì)下,企業(yè)會(huì)選擇不同的質(zhì)押融資模式,并通過(guò)合理的物流和資金流的整合運(yùn)作策略,使企業(yè)的效益最大化。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses two typical modes of pledge financing: warehouse receipt pledge financing and accounts receivable pledge financing and its influencing factors, constructs a quantitative analysis model of pledge financing, and analyzes the trend of commodity price change. The pledge financing behavior of enterprises and the operation of capital flow and logistics integration. The research shows that under the different trend of commodity price change, the enterprise will choose different pledge financing mode, and make the enterprise benefit maximization through the reasonable integrated operation strategy of logistics and capital flow.
