【摘要】：隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷深入和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的快速發(fā)展,企業(yè)間競爭日益激烈。為應(yīng)對(duì)競爭,企業(yè)通過兼并、重組等方式擴(kuò)大規(guī)模,組建企業(yè)集團(tuán)。但隨著企業(yè)集團(tuán)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,企業(yè)管理層級(jí)也相應(yīng)增加,使得鏈條加長,管理更加復(fù)雜,其資源配置效率也相對(duì)低下。資金作為企業(yè)從事生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的必備資源,其管理水平的高低直接影響企業(yè)的競爭能力,關(guān)系企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)與發(fā)展。對(duì)資金進(jìn)行集中管理,可以減少沉淀資金、優(yōu)化資源配置、降低資金成本、防范經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、增強(qiáng)企業(yè)盈利能力,提升管理水平。目前,越來越多的企業(yè)集團(tuán)認(rèn)識(shí)到資金集中管理的重要性,開始加強(qiáng)資金的集中管理。本文采用理論歸納和案例分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,分析了國內(nèi)外資金管理現(xiàn)狀,歸納總結(jié)了企業(yè)集團(tuán)集中管理的相關(guān)理論。以寶雞鋼管公司作為案例,寶雞鋼管公司資金管理由分散化,到收支兩條線管理,再到目前的大司庫系統(tǒng)管理,資金實(shí)現(xiàn)了高度集中。本文對(duì)寶雞鋼管公司資金集中管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,針對(duì)其存在的如沉淀資金,系統(tǒng)應(yīng)急機(jī)制不完善和授信業(yè)務(wù)審批環(huán)節(jié)冗長等問題,提出資金集中管理改進(jìn)建議,對(duì)其他企業(yè)集團(tuán)實(shí)行集中管理有一定借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of market economy and the rapid development of economic globalization, competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. To cope with competition, enterprises through mergers, reorganization and other ways to expand the scale, set up enterprise groups. However, with the expansion of enterprise group scale, the enterprise management level also increases correspondingly, which makes the chain longer, the management more complex, and its resource allocation efficiency is relatively low. As a necessary resource for enterprises to engage in production and management, the level of capital management directly affects the competitiveness of enterprises, and relates to the production and development of enterprises. Centralized management of funds can reduce the accumulation of funds, optimize the allocation of resources, reduce the cost of funds, guard against operating risks, enhance the profitability of enterprises, and improve the management level. At present, more and more enterprise groups realize the importance of centralized management of funds and begin to strengthen the centralized management of funds. This paper analyzes the present situation of capital management at home and abroad and summarizes the relevant theories of centralized management of enterprise groups by combining theoretical induction and case analysis. Taking Baoji Steel Pipe Company as an example, the capital management of Baoji Steel Tube Company has been highly centralized from decentralization to two lines of revenue and expenditure management, and then to the management of the current big treasurer system. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the present situation of the centralized management of funds in Baoji Steel Tube Company, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the centralized management of funds in view of the existing problems such as the accumulation of funds, the imperfection of the system emergency mechanism and the lengthy examination and approval process of the credit business. For other enterprise groups to implement centralized management has certain reference significance.
