【摘要】：倫理和社會責任是企業(yè)價值的基石,企業(yè)社會責任履行情況是決定企業(yè)是否具有可持續(xù)價值創(chuàng)造能力的重要因素。信息披露是利益相關者了解企業(yè)社會責任履行情況的重要渠道。為此,國內外組織開發(fā)和設計了不同的社會責任信息披露工具和指引,其中的典型代表是GRI4.0和中國企業(yè)社會責任報告編寫指南(CASS-CSR3.0)。文章對兩種報告指引進行了比較,重點對醫(yī)藥行業(yè)和能源行業(yè)的典型報告進行了比較,并得出進一步提升社會責任報告質量的啟示。
[Abstract]:Ethics and social responsibility are the cornerstone of corporate value, and corporate social responsibility performance is an important factor to determine whether an enterprise has the ability to create sustainable value. Information disclosure is an important channel for stakeholders to understand the implementation of corporate social responsibility. For this reason, domestic and foreign organizations have developed and designed different tools and guidelines for the disclosure of social responsibility information. The typical representatives of these tools are GRI4.0 and the guidelines for the compilation of CSR reports in China, CASS-CSR 3.0. This paper compares the two kinds of reporting guidelines, especially the typical reports of medicine and energy industry, and draws the enlightenment of further improving the quality of social responsibility reports.
