【摘要】：正進入21世紀以來,當我們購物已經(jīng)不局限于超市、商場,當我們打車不再站在路邊招手而坐等滴滴來接,當我們計劃去旅行不再去旅行社而是在手機上輕輕一點的時候,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已經(jīng)潛移默化地進入我們的生活和工作。根據(jù)統(tǒng)計,2013年至2015年6月,中國資本市場上共發(fā)生了380起并購互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)事件,1067起投資互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)事件,56家中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)上市�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)驚
