【摘要】：2016年,中國國民經濟運行保持平穩(wěn),下行壓力得到有效緩解。汽車行業(yè)實現平穩(wěn)較快發(fā)展。中國汽車經銷商行業(yè)已經從2011年前的小而精的行業(yè)逐步發(fā)展為大而全集中度越來越高的行業(yè),行業(yè)處于發(fā)展高峰。行業(yè)的發(fā)展過程中,營運資金管理的水平直接影響經營周期內資金盈利能力。在當下互聯(lián)網大潮及傳統(tǒng)汽車經銷商市場激烈競爭的環(huán)境下,外部資金融資的能力,內部資金管理及合理分配使用的水平,直接決定企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展。因此,強化營運資金管理是汽車經銷商企業(yè)適應激烈的市場競爭、提高盈利能力、增強內部核心競爭力、尋求穩(wěn)健發(fā)展的內在要求。本論文在對汽車經銷商汽車經銷行業(yè)營運資金管理動因分析、營運資金效應分析、汽車經銷行業(yè)營運資金影響因素分析的基礎上,介紹了汽車經銷行業(yè)營運資金管理狀況、H公司行業(yè)地位、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、資金管理現狀、融資授信問題、營運資金管理現狀,并對其進行了詳盡的了解和調查研究,分析歸納了新車資金管理問題、售后服務資金管理問題、其他業(yè)務資金管理問題。在本文案例分析中,對H公司營運資金管理現狀進行介紹,詳盡分析其現狀及存在的問題,在搜集、梳理、閱讀大量文獻資料和實地調研行業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎上,結合EMBA課程理論、金融市場與資本營運、融資環(huán)境、財務報表分析、財務管理等知識及汽車行業(yè)消費升級、資金密集流動性高及對資金成本高居不下的情況,實際聯(lián)系理論知識的前提下分析汽車經銷商在發(fā)展過程中如何合理高效發(fā)揮資金效能、最大限度降低融資成本的前提下滿足公司營運與發(fā)展,探索高效增加營運資金流動性和降低資金成本的方法為行業(yè)發(fā)展提供借鑒。經過實證分析,結合我國汽車經銷商行業(yè)及H公司的實際業(yè)務運行情況,本文歸納提出了四條建議來改善營運資金管理:一是拓寬融資渠道;二是提高商業(yè)信用融資;三是加強新車及配件的庫存與資金管理;四是加強營運資金的內控管理,其中有建立新型的資金管理模式-資金池以及增加RRP管理平臺改善庫存結構這些改善政策有相應的理論依據,也有實際的操作可行性,對提高汽車經銷商行業(yè)營運資金管理的水平有前瞻性的意義。
[Abstract]:In 2016, China's national economy remained stable and downward pressure was effectively alleviated.Auto industry achieved steady and rapid development.The auto dealer industry in China has gradually developed from the small and fine industry before 2011 to one with large and high concentration, and the industry is at the peak of development.In the development of the industry, the level of working capital management directly affects the profitability of capital in the business cycle.In the current Internet tide and the fierce competition in the traditional automobile dealer market, the ability of external capital financing, the level of internal capital management and rational distribution and use directly determine the survival and development of enterprises.Therefore, strengthening the management of working capital is the inherent requirement for automobile dealers to adapt to the fierce market competition, improve profitability, enhance internal core competitiveness and seek steady development.Based on the analysis of the causes of working capital management, the effect of working capital and the influencing factors of the working capital of automobile dealership, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the working capital of automobile dealership.This paper introduces the status of working capital management in automobile distribution industry and the status of industry, development strategy, fund management, financing credit, working capital management, and makes a detailed investigation and research on the status quo of working capital management.The problems of new car fund management, after-sale service fund management and other business fund management are analyzed and summarized.In this paper, we introduce the current situation of H Company's working capital management, analyze its current situation and existing problems in detail, and combine with EMBA curriculum theory on the basis of collecting, combing and reading a lot of literature and field research industry development.Knowledge of financial markets and capital operations, financing environment, financial statement analysis, financial management, and automotive industry consumption upgrading, capital intensive liquidity and high capital costs,On the premise of connecting with the theoretical knowledge, this paper analyzes how automobile dealers can reasonably and efficiently exert their capital efficiency in the process of development, so as to meet the needs of the company's operation and development under the premise of minimizing the financing cost.To explore efficient ways to increase working capital liquidity and reduce the cost of capital to provide reference for the development of the industry.Through the empirical analysis, combined with the actual operation of China's auto dealer industry and H company, this paper summarizes four suggestions to improve the management of working capital: first, to broaden the financing channels, second, to improve the commercial credit financing;Third, to strengthen the inventory and capital management of new cars and accessories; and fourth, to strengthen the internal control and management of working capital.Among them, the establishment of a new type of fund management model-fund pool and the increase of RRP management platform to improve inventory structure these improvement policies have corresponding theoretical basis, but also practical operational feasibility.To improve the auto dealer industry working capital management level has the forward-looking significance.
