【摘要】：本文選取青龍管業(yè)股份有限公司作為分析的對(duì)象,在宏觀分析排水管道市場(chǎng)發(fā)展形勢(shì)和中國(guó)排水管道產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展形勢(shì)的前提下,運(yùn)用哈佛分析框架,以青龍管業(yè)股份有限公司2012-2016年度資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表作為分析對(duì)象,基于資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表觀對(duì)青龍管業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理和財(cái)務(wù)狀況進(jìn)行整體分析。本文首先介紹了青龍管業(yè)的概況,以青龍管業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略分析作為邏輯切入點(diǎn),介紹了管道制造行業(yè)特征和現(xiàn)狀以及青龍管業(yè)所采取的措施及戰(zhàn)略,從而進(jìn)一步明確了企業(yè)目前和將來(lái)所要面臨的盈利點(diǎn)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)。然后本文對(duì)青龍管業(yè)股份有限公司做出了會(huì)計(jì)分析、財(cái)務(wù)分析并預(yù)測(cè)該公司未來(lái)發(fā)展的前景。在進(jìn)行財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表分析時(shí)具體分析了寧夏青龍管業(yè)股份有限公司的資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量、償債能力、盈利能力等。通過(guò)透視青龍管業(yè)的資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表,結(jié)合青龍管業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略分析,從而得出了一些有利于青龍管業(yè)股份有限公司今后經(jīng)營(yíng)和發(fā)展的結(jié)論,面對(duì)寧夏青龍管業(yè)股份有限公司現(xiàn)有的問(wèn)題,給出了解決問(wèn)題的意見(jiàn)和建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, Azure Dragon Pipe Co., Ltd. is chosen as the object of analysis, under the premise of macroscopically analyzing the development situation of drainage pipeline market and the development situation of China's drainage pipeline industry, the Harvard analysis framework is used.Taking Azure Dragon Pipe Co., Ltd.'s balance sheet for 2012-2016 as the object of analysis, this paper makes an overall analysis of the management and financial situation of Azure Dragon's pipe industry based on the balance sheet view.This paper first introduces the general situation of Azure Dragon pipe industry, taking the strategic analysis of Azure Dragon pipe industry as the logical breakthrough point, introduces the characteristics and present situation of pipeline manufacturing industry, and the measures and strategies taken by Azure Dragon pipe industry.Thus further clear the current and future enterprises to face the profit and risk point.Then this paper makes accounting analysis, financial analysis and forecast of the future development of Azure Dragon Pipe Co., Ltd.In the analysis of financial statements, this paper analyzes the assets quality, solvency and profitability of Ningxia Azure Dragon Pipe Co., Ltd.By looking into Azure Dragon's balance sheet, combining with the strategic analysis of Azure Dragon's pipe industry, we draw some conclusions conducive to the future operation and development of Azure Dragon Pipe Co., Ltd.In the face of the existing problems of Ningxia Azure Dragon Pipe Co., Ltd, some suggestions and suggestions are given to solve the problems.
