【摘要】：闡述了高校國有資產管理應當以資產管理信息系統(tǒng)建設為支撐;通過信息化建設整合資產管理的過程,規(guī)范國有資產管理業(yè)務流程,促進高校國有資產管理水平的提高。在推進高校國有資產管理信息化建設過程中,要充分考慮到系統(tǒng)建設的全面性、準確性、動態(tài)性、評價性,不斷完善國有資產管理系統(tǒng)的功能。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds that the management of state-owned assets in colleges and universities should be supported by the construction of asset management information system, and the process of integrating the management of assets through information construction, standardizing the business process of management of state-owned assets, and promoting the improvement of management level of state-owned assets in colleges and universities.In the process of promoting the information construction of state-owned assets management in colleges and universities, we should fully consider the comprehensiveness, accuracy, dynamics and evaluation of the system construction, and constantly improve the functions of the state-owned assets management system.
