【摘要】：財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼在促進(jìn)新能源汽車(chē)行業(yè)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著重要作用,但同時(shí)也不可避免地帶來(lái)一系列問(wèn)題。本文以安凱客車(chē)為例,根據(jù)其近五年的財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼現(xiàn)狀,指出巨額的財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致公司出現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)波動(dòng)、現(xiàn)金流不足等財(cái)務(wù)后果,并據(jù)此提出注重財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼的靈活性和時(shí)效性、通過(guò)會(huì)計(jì)科目重分類(lèi)改革提升報(bào)表合理性、加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)金流管理、加快盈利模式轉(zhuǎn)型等建議。
[Abstract]:Financial subsidy plays an important role in promoting the development of new energy automobile industry, but it inevitably brings a series of problems.Taking An Kai bus as an example, according to the current situation of financial subsidy in recent five years, this paper points out that the huge financial subsidy may lead to the financial consequences of the company's profit fluctuation and insufficient cash flow.Based on this, the paper puts forward some suggestions, such as paying attention to the flexibility and timeliness of financial subsidies, improving the rationality of statements by reclassifying accounting subjects, strengthening cash flow management, and speeding up the transformation of profit mode.
