【摘要】：本篇文章著重介紹工程合同管理中存在的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及對(duì)面臨的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題進(jìn)行有效的控制。做好合同管理,有效避免財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),能夠提升管理層的財(cái)務(wù)管理認(rèn)識(shí),提升公司整體管理方面的能力,利用綜合辦法提升園林工程有關(guān)合同方面的管理,并以此為依據(jù)制定控制財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的應(yīng)對(duì)措施。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly introduces the financial risk in engineering contract management and how to control the financial risk effectively.Doing well the contract management, effectively avoiding the financial risk, can enhance the management's understanding of the financial management, enhance the ability of the whole management of the company, and use the comprehensive method to enhance the management of the contract related to the garden engineering.And on this basis to formulate financial risk control measures.
