【摘要】：本文基于管理會計的視角,從背景、框架和內(nèi)容兩個方面比較和研究了國外企業(yè)風(fēng)險管理框架(全球觀),包括COSO企業(yè)風(fēng)險管理——整合框架(2004年版本及2016年最新頒布的修訂版征求意見稿)、特恩布爾報告及指南、澳大利亞/新西蘭標準4360——風(fēng)險管理、金氏報告、巴塞爾協(xié)議、標準普爾與ERM、美國管理會計師協(xié)會"評估財務(wù)報告內(nèi)部控制的全球觀",通過比較上述各項觀點的產(chǎn)生發(fā)展旨在吸取西方國家在企業(yè)風(fēng)險管理方面做出卓越成績的經(jīng)驗(尤其是COSO委員會提出的ERM框架),結(jié)合我國當(dāng)前深化改革發(fā)展的新契機,試圖為我國企業(yè)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型提供指引。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the perspective of management accounting, from the background,Comparing and studying the foreign enterprise risk management framework (global perspective, including COSO enterprise risk management-integration framework (2004 version and the latest revised edition issued in 2016), the Turnbull report and guide,Australia / New Zealand Standard 4360-risk Management, King's report, Basel Accord,Standard & Poor's and ERM, the American Institute of Management Accountants, "assessing the Global View of Internal Control in Financial reporting", by comparing the emergence and development of the above views, aim to draw on the outstanding achievements of Western countries in the area of enterprise risk management.Experience (especially the ERM framework proposed by the COSO Committee), combined with the new opportunity of deepening reform and development in China,This paper attempts to provide guidance for the development and transformation of Chinese enterprises.
