【摘要】：無(wú)論從社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)需求還是行業(yè)主管部門推動(dòng)都迫切呼喚著高素質(zhì)的卓越會(huì)計(jì)師人才誕生。文章圍繞著能力本位和實(shí)踐本位的專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),以能力輸出導(dǎo)向的模塊化課程教學(xué)體系為主要載體,從優(yōu)化人才培養(yǎng)方案頂層設(shè)計(jì)、構(gòu)建多元化實(shí)驗(yàn)實(shí)踐教學(xué)、創(chuàng)新教學(xué)方法、強(qiáng)化師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、健全質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)與監(jiān)控機(jī)制等方面來(lái)探索卓越會(huì)計(jì)師專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)模式。
[Abstract]:Both the social and economic needs and the promotion of the competent departments of the industry are urgently calling for the birth of outstanding accountants with high quality. The modular course teaching system guided by ability output is the main carrier, from optimizing the top level design of talent training scheme, constructing diversified experimental practice teaching, innovating teaching method, strengthening the construction of teaching staff. Improve the quality evaluation and monitoring mechanism to explore the training model of outstanding professional accountant.
