【摘要】：近年來,隨著呼和浩特地區(qū)大力推動奶牛規(guī)�；藴驶B(yǎng)殖,由養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)改造升級和新建的規(guī)模牧場不斷增加。但由于奶牛養(yǎng)殖成本逐年上升,飼養(yǎng)實際利潤縮水嚴重且政府扶持政策難以在市場經(jīng)濟中取得較大幫扶作用,不同規(guī)模牧場開始出現(xiàn)由盈余轉(zhuǎn)向盈虧的局面。奶業(yè)是呼和浩特地區(qū)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),因此研究不同規(guī)模牧場成本收益,探尋造成不同規(guī)模牧場成本收益差異的原因,對于穩(wěn)定呼和浩特奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)展,促進奶業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級具有重要意義。本文通過統(tǒng)計描述法研究了呼和浩特地區(qū)不同規(guī)模牧場的成本效益。根據(jù)呼和浩特地區(qū)不同規(guī)模牧場養(yǎng)殖現(xiàn)狀,利用統(tǒng)計年鑒數(shù)據(jù)和實際調(diào)研樣本數(shù)據(jù)從宏觀和微觀角度對牧場養(yǎng)殖模式進行分析,對比不同規(guī)模牧場的成本收益。研究表明存欄在500頭以下和500-1000頭的牧場凈利潤高于存欄在1000頭以上的牧場,牧場的養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模不是越大經(jīng)濟效益越好。同時,針對呼和浩特地區(qū)不同規(guī)模牧場存在的飼料成本居高不下、疫病防治費用上升、環(huán)境污染問題嚴重、融資困難且渠道少、人力資本投入不合理、原料奶收購合同不規(guī)范和牧場分級有待提升問題提出相關(guān)對策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as Hohhot has vigorously promoted the scale and standardization of dairy cattle farming, the number of ranches upgraded and newly built by farming communities has been increasing. However, the cost of dairy cattle farming has been rising year by year. The actual profit of raising is shrinking seriously, and the government support policy is difficult to get a bigger support role in the market economy, and different scale pastures begin to turn from surplus to profit and loss. Dairy industry is the pillar industry in Hohhot area. Therefore, to study the cost and income of different scale pastures, to find out the causes of the difference in cost and income of different scales of pasture, to stabilize the development of Huhhot dairy cattle breeding industry, It is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of dairy industry. In this paper, the cost-effectiveness of different scale pastures in Hohhot region is studied by means of statistical description. Using statistical yearbook data and actual survey sample data to analyze pastureland farming patterns from macro and micro perspectives, Research shows that the net profit of ranching under 500 and 500 to 1000 is higher than that of pastures with more than 1000, and the scale of ranching is not as economic as possible. At the same time, In view of the high feed cost of different scale pastures in Hohhot region, the rising cost of epidemic prevention and control, the serious environmental pollution problem, the difficulty of financing and the lack of channels, the investment of human capital is unreasonable. The nonstandard purchase contract of raw milk and the problem of ranching classification need to be improved.
