【摘要】：正下面,我講一下對注冊會計師行業(yè)推進誠信建設問題的三點體會:第一點,如何從經(jīng)濟學理論上理解習近平總書記要求注冊會計師行業(yè)緊緊抓住"誠信建設這條主線"的批示。首先,縱觀經(jīng)濟史,注冊會計師行業(yè)是在市場經(jīng)濟自身不斷內(nèi)生演化過程中,以市場經(jīng)濟誠信監(jiān)管者的角色出現(xiàn)的。也就是說,注冊會計師行業(yè)并非市場經(jīng)濟的原始組成部分,而是市場經(jīng)濟發(fā)展到一定階段之后,需要誠信監(jiān)管者,才有注冊會計師行業(yè)。由專業(yè)的注冊會計師審查市場主體的財務信息并促使其滿足誠信的要求向相關主體披露,極大
[Abstract]:Just now, I would like to talk about three experiences on the promotion of integrity construction in the CPA industry: first, How to understand from the economic theory the instruction of General Secretary Xi Jinping that the CPA profession should firmly grasp the main line of "honesty construction". First of all, throughout the economic history, The profession of certified public accountant (CPA) appears as the honest supervisor of market economy in the process of the market economy itself developing endogenously. That is to say, the profession of CPA is not the original part of the market economy. But after the market economy has developed to a certain stage, it needs a good faith supervisor to have a certified public accountant profession. The professional certified public accountant examines the financial information of the market subject and urges it to meet the requirements of good faith to disclose to the relevant subject.
