【摘要】：目前我國電網(wǎng)公司廢舊物資內(nèi)控管理中普遍存在企業(yè)管理層對廢舊物資管理不夠、缺乏對廢舊物資管理關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)的監(jiān)控、廢舊物資處置不及時,賬務(wù)管理不規(guī)范、監(jiān)督力度不夠等問題。對此本文指出了廢舊物資管理的內(nèi)部控制關(guān)鍵要素及風(fēng)險點,利用層次分析法,構(gòu)建了內(nèi)部控制風(fēng)險評價指標(biāo)體系,并從制度細化落實、加強部門合作、提高執(zhí)行力等角度提出了完善和落實廢舊物資內(nèi)控管理制度的做法。
[Abstract]:At present, in the internal control management of waste materials and materials in China's power grid companies, there is a general lack of management of waste materials and materials by the management of enterprises, lack of monitoring of key links in the management of waste materials and materials, delays in the disposal of waste materials and materials, and non-standard management of accounts. This paper points out the key elements and risk points of internal control of waste and used materials management, constructs the evaluation index system of internal control risk by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and implements the internal control risk evaluation index system from the detail of the system, and strengthens the cooperation of the departments. From the point of view of improving execution ability, this paper puts forward the ways of perfecting and implementing the internal control management system of waste and used materials.
