【摘要】：基于210戶生豬養(yǎng)殖戶的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),采用Binary Logistic模型,以糞污無害化處理為例,探討了環(huán)境感知、制度情境對生豬養(yǎng)殖戶環(huán)境成本內(nèi)部化行為的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):在控制人口統(tǒng)計變量和經(jīng)營特征變量的前提下,環(huán)境感知因素中養(yǎng)殖戶生態(tài)意識、責任意識顯著正向影響其糞污無害化處理行為;制度情境因素中養(yǎng)殖戶參與技術(shù)培訓(xùn)次數(shù)、養(yǎng)殖補貼力度顯著正向影響其糞污無害化處理行為,社會參照規(guī)范變量顯著負向影響其糞污無害化處理行為。為此,政府應(yīng)加大養(yǎng)殖戶的知識教育和技能培訓(xùn),制定及落實促進養(yǎng)豬業(yè)健康發(fā)展的補貼政策和監(jiān)督機制,鼓勵養(yǎng)殖戶實施糞污無害化處理行為,促進養(yǎng)豬業(yè)外部環(huán)境成本內(nèi)部化和養(yǎng)豬業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation data of 210 pig breeders, the environmental perception was discussed by using Binary Logistic model and taking the harmless treatment of feces as an example. The influence of institutional situation on the behavior of pig farmers' internalization of environmental cost. The study found that under the premise of controlling the demographic variables and management characteristics variables, the farmers' ecological awareness was found in the environmental perception factors. The awareness of responsibility significantly positively affected the behavior of harmless disposal of manure, the number of times of technical training of farmers in the institutional situation, and the intensity of subsidy significantly positively affected the behavior of harmless disposal of manure. According to the standard variables, the society has a negative effect on the harmless disposal of feces. Therefore, the government should increase the knowledge education and skill training of farmers, formulate and implement the subsidy policy and supervision mechanism to promote the healthy development of pig industry. Farmers should be encouraged to carry out harmless treatment of feces and promote the internalization of external environmental costs and sustainable development of pig industry.
