【摘要】：有效的財(cái)務(wù)管理是一個(gè)單位正常運(yùn)行的保證,醫(yī)院的發(fā)展與財(cái)務(wù)管理密切相關(guān),在我國(guó),醫(yī)院的財(cái)務(wù)管理從根本上影響了未來醫(yī)院發(fā)展速度和發(fā)展規(guī)模。目前我國(guó)的大多數(shù)醫(yī)院都在通過各種措施加強(qiáng)醫(yī)院的財(cái)務(wù)管理來提高醫(yī)院的財(cái)務(wù)資金使用效率,從而提高醫(yī)院的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和加強(qiáng)醫(yī)院的社會(huì)服務(wù)效益。本文通過對(duì)目前我國(guó)醫(yī)院財(cái)務(wù)管理的現(xiàn)狀分析,提出醫(yī)院財(cái)務(wù)管理中的問題,并提出相關(guān)的幾點(diǎn)解決措施。
[Abstract]:Effective financial management is the guarantee of the normal operation of a unit. The development of hospitals is closely related to financial management. The financial management of hospitals has fundamentally affected the speed and scale of hospital development in the future. At present, most hospitals in our country are strengthening the financial management of hospitals through various measures to improve the efficiency of the use of financial funds in hospitals. This paper analyzes the present situation of hospital financial management in China, puts forward the problems in hospital financial management, and puts forward some relevant solutions.
