【摘要】：國家經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展使得人民生活水平不斷提升,由于汽車消費(fèi)者逐漸增多,汽車行業(yè)發(fā)展很快,給經(jīng)銷商帶來可觀利潤的同時(shí),由于其發(fā)展速度過于迅猛,使得其內(nèi)部控制存在較大的漏洞,這給經(jīng)營帶來了較大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文首先介紹研究背景與意義以及研究思路與方法,其次介紹財(cái)務(wù)內(nèi)部控制的理論,之后以H汽車4S店財(cái)務(wù)內(nèi)部控制作為本文案例,分別從現(xiàn)金、存貨、信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、預(yù)算和內(nèi)部審計(jì)這幾個(gè)方面,分析目前汽車4S店所面臨的財(cái)務(wù)內(nèi)部控制問題,并提出相應(yīng)的解決方案,這對我國汽車4S店的健康發(fā)展具有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy, people's living standards are constantly improving. Because of the increasing number of automobile consumers and the rapid development of the automobile industry, it brings considerable profits to dealers, and at the same time, the speed of its development is too rapid. This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research, and then introduces the theory of financial internal control. Then taking the financial internal control of H car 4S store as the case of this paper, from the aspects of cash, inventory, credit risk, budget and internal audit, this paper analyzes the financial internal control problems faced by the automobile 4S store at present. The corresponding solutions are put forward, which can be used for reference for the healthy development of 4S shop in China.
