【摘要】：建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際成本不僅包括工程實(shí)際建造成本,還包括工程交易過程中的交易費(fèi)用。為了揭示在工程交易中由業(yè)主所承擔(dān)交易費(fèi)用的影響路徑,構(gòu)建了影響建工程項(xiàng)目交易費(fèi)用影響路徑模型,通過結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進(jìn)行假設(shè)驗(yàn)證,研究顯示:交易環(huán)境和機(jī)制在模型中處于核心地位,它在很大程度上決定了交易費(fèi)用,還影響了承包商的行為和項(xiàng)目管理的效率。承包商行為的不確定性對(duì)交易費(fèi)用具有正向的影響。業(yè)主行為的確定性可以降低交易環(huán)境和機(jī)制的不確定性,還能提高項(xiàng)目管理的效率,并最終降低工程交易費(fèi)用。
[Abstract]:The actual cost of a construction project includes not only the actual construction cost of the project, but also the transaction cost in the course of the project transaction. The influence path model of the transaction cost of the construction project is constructed, and the hypothesis is verified by the structural equation model. The research shows that the transaction environment and mechanism are at the core of the model, which determines the transaction cost to a great extent. It also affects the contractor's behavior and the efficiency of the project management. The uncertainty of the contractor's behavior has a positive impact on the transaction cost. The certainty of the employer's behavior can reduce the uncertainty of the trading environment and mechanism. It can also improve the efficiency of project management and ultimately reduce project transaction costs.
