【摘要】：基于我國(guó)制造業(yè)上市公司1999-2013平衡面板數(shù)據(jù),證明了市場(chǎng)化進(jìn)程與創(chuàng)新投資均能顯著提高營(yíng)運(yùn)資本向最優(yōu)水平的調(diào)整速度,從而優(yōu)化了營(yíng)運(yùn)資本管理、提高了存量資本的運(yùn)行效率,但市場(chǎng)化進(jìn)程與創(chuàng)新投資對(duì)營(yíng)運(yùn)資本調(diào)整速度的協(xié)同影響為負(fù),低市場(chǎng)化進(jìn)程下創(chuàng)新投資對(duì)營(yíng)運(yùn)資本調(diào)整速度的推動(dòng)作用更強(qiáng)。研究意義在于以固定資產(chǎn)投資為媒介,從調(diào)整成本視角探索了市場(chǎng)化進(jìn)程與創(chuàng)新投資對(duì)營(yíng)運(yùn)資本動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整速度影響的邏輯路徑,拓展了營(yíng)運(yùn)資本動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整理論的實(shí)證邊界以及不同調(diào)整因素之間互動(dòng)關(guān)系的邏輯內(nèi)涵,為理解存量資本治理路徑、反思與改善市場(chǎng)化進(jìn)程提供了政策參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the balance panel data of listed manufacturing companies in China from 1999 to 2013, it is proved that both market-oriented process and innovative investment can significantly improve the adjustment speed of working capital to the optimal level, thus optimizing the management of working capital. The operating efficiency of stock capital is improved, but the synergistic effect of marketization and innovation investment on the adjustment speed of working capital is negative. Under the process of low marketization, innovative investment has a stronger effect on the speed of working capital adjustment. The research significance lies in the fixed asset investment as the medium. From the perspective of adjustment cost, this paper explores the logical path of the influence of marketization process and innovation investment on the dynamic adjustment speed of working capital, and expands the empirical boundary of the theory of dynamic adjustment of working capital and the logical connotation of the interactive relationship between different adjustment factors. It provides a policy reference for understanding the governance path of stock capital and improving the process of marketization.
