【摘要】：正2016年,按照國(guó)家農(nóng)發(fā)辦要求,四川專(zhuān)員辦對(duì)省內(nèi)8個(gè)縣(市、區(qū))農(nóng)業(yè)綜合開(kāi)發(fā)資金開(kāi)展了綜合檢查,對(duì)3個(gè)縣(市、區(qū))農(nóng)業(yè)綜合開(kāi)發(fā)高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)項(xiàng)目開(kāi)展了績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)工作。農(nóng)業(yè)綜合開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目提高了糧食、油料、蔬菜等主要農(nóng)作物生產(chǎn)能力,成效明顯,但其中的一些問(wèn)題也需要引起高度重視。主要問(wèn)題(一)未按項(xiàng)目初步設(shè)計(jì)施工和擅自調(diào)整變更項(xiàng)目實(shí)施計(jì)劃,占問(wèn)題總數(shù)的17.48%。主要表現(xiàn)在已完工項(xiàng)目的渠
[Abstract]:In 2016, in accordance with the request of the State Office of Agricultural Development, the Sichuan Commissioner's Office conducted a comprehensive inspection of the funds for comprehensive agricultural development in 8 counties (cities and districts) in the province, and three counties (cities). The high standard farmland construction project for comprehensive agricultural development has carried out performance evaluation work. The comprehensive agricultural development project has increased the production capacity of major crops, such as grain, oil and vegetables, and has achieved remarkable results. However, some of the problems also need to be taken seriously. The main problems are: (1) the project implementation plan has not been adjusted according to the preliminary design and construction of the project without authorization, accounting for 17.48% of the total number of problems. The main manifestation is the canal of the completed project.
